Can I take pictures of the Guests?
No, it is not permitted to take photos of the guests without explicit permission.
How many people can be in a photo?
You can have up to 2 people aged 5+ in a photo.
Can I get a digital copy?
We are currently not offering this.
Are Selfies Allowed?
Selfies are either available for purchase at the guests table or by the Guest's discretion if not listed.
Can I get an extra copy of my photo?
Yes, please request an extra copy at the photo booth at the of your photo op, additional charges will apply.
What do I get with autograph?
You will receive a signature of the guest on an 8x10 inch printed photograph, you will be able to choose from a selection of photographs at the guest’s table
Can I substitute the 8x10 print for another item?
Swapping out a printed photo for another item is up to the discretion of the guest/handler and the guest has the right to refuse any item they do not wish to sign.
Do you have to pay to meet guests at EPIC Comic Con?
While there is no fee to meet a guest at their table there is normally a queue of people wishing to meet the guest and buy an autograph/selfie. Waiting times may vary depending on how long the guest’s queue is.
Can I mail in an item for a guest to sign?
No, Fan Frontier currently does not do mail in’s.
Can I get an autographed photo posted to me?
We will be conducting a trial of posting signed 8x10 signed photographs this year. Mail outs will be subject to availability.
Is there disabled access to photo ops?
Yes! Both Photo Ops and Guests at tables are wheelchair accessible.
